At stuntgme.shop, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled in compliance with Shopify Payments and Stripe guidelines.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in France have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping

• stuntgme.shop is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
In such cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only, as required by Stripe

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days (processing time may vary by bank or card issuer)

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in order refusal or account restrictions.
